Ministries for Adults

CONNECT GROUPS: There are numerous Connect Groups throughout the Metro Area. At CCPR, our goal is discipleship based on God’s Word, through friendships with God’s people. One way we accomplish this is through Connect Groups. These groups are our intentional approach to community and discipleship within the church. These home-based groups are a place to learn how to apply the Bible, build friendships, serve, and live life together. Connect Groups make CCPR more intimate—a place to call home. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE LIST OF STUDIES

The College and Career group meets every Sunday night at 6:30pm in the Fellowship Hall. This group is led by Roque Danas.

This group is led by Frankie Colberg and is targeted to elderly and retired. Join Frankie and his wife Becky for a time of fellowship, prayer and getting in the Word together every Thursday morning from 10:00am - 12:00pm here at Calvary Chapel!

Quarterly we share in a time of fellowship, worship, and getting in the Word with other ladies. This group meets in the "Kids Sanctuary". Shared childcare is available for this study. This study is currently on break.

This is a special time that is set aside for the women to get together and enjoy a brunch and fellowship. These events are announced in the church bulletin a few weeks in advance. Each brunch varies a little, as we enjoy special music, a craft, or a presentation - and at each, we will open God's Word together. Plan on joining the ladies if you haven't yet had the opportunity to do so as it's always a blessing to all.

Come and join us on every 1st Saturday of the month from 8:00am-10:00am at the Bonanza Restaurant on Ave. Los Filtros (177 as you enter Bayamon), for a sweet time of fellowship and Bible Study. The cost is $10 per person to be paid at the restaurant

These are the classes that we ask people to complete as they begin serving in ministry here at Calvary Chapel of PR. These classes cover a wide range of subjects related to the vision of CCPR, the philosophy of ministry, certain doctrinal issues that are commonly raised, and even how the Lord began the Calvary Chapel movement in the 1970’s. This class is currently on break and is to resume soon

If you are new to the faith, we invite you to join one of our 4 week rotation classes Sunday mornings at 11:30am, called "Next Steps", an interactive class designed explain the basic foundations of your new found faith and help answer questions you may have about Jesus, the Bible, church, and discipleship.
