FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR CHURCH?

We are more concerned with you meeting with God and being built up in the faith than what you wear.  Although some of the pastors wear jackets and ties on Sunday mornings, most of the congregation dresses casually...slacks, Jeans, Hawaiian shirts, dress shirts, sandals, shoes.

WHAT LANGUAGE ARE THE SERVICES IN?

All of our services are in English. We offer Spanish translation simultaneously via headsets. Pick up a headset in the information center located in the fellowship hall.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE FOR MY CHILDREN?

We know that as a parent you need to be sure that your children are in a safe, loving and learning environment. Here at Calvary Chapel we provide exactly that! Our belief is that in order to be an effective children's minister, you have to be a healthy Christian, in love with Jesus Christ, His word and His people.  The Nursery Ministers wear a Calvary Chapel smock apron for identification.  Each Sunday school class has both a Spanish and English teacher.

We also provide a Family Room (a room located in the back of the sanctuary), for those that feel more comfortable to keep their children with them during service. This room allows you worship with the congregation through a two-way mirror without the worry of your children being a distraction to others in the sanctuary.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN THE CHURCH SERVICE?

The service begins with a time of heart felt worship, followed by announcements, and a practical Biblical message that will help you deal with real life issues. During the sermon you can search for a "Live Event" on the YouVersion Bible App and have a detailed outline of the message to follow along with. The outlines include thoughtful application questions to help you apply the scriptures to your life.
